Recruitment Consultant – Engineering Recruitment, Existing Client Accounts

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional recruitment role focused on cold business development.

You’ll inherit and manage a portfolio of established clients, acting as their dedicated recruitment partner and delivering high-quality talent into critical positions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment & Candidate Delivery

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients vacancies
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
  • Building and maintaining talent pools within engineering, manufacturing or technical markets
  • Managing interview processes, offers, negotiations and placements
  • Developing strong networks of Engineering candidates and industry professionals

Client Relationship Management

  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to existing clients
  • Understanding hiring requirements and workforce planning needs
  • Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery across multiple accounts
  • Building long-term relationships through consistent results

Recruitment Management

  • Managing multiple live vacancies simultaneously
  • Coordinating or onboarding and placement activity
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
  • Delivering recruitment processes efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple moving parts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)

Highly Desirable

  • Previous engineering recruitment agency experience
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering against recruitment requirements
  • Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
