Frazer Jones are excited to have partnered with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a senior and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract.

Reporting into the CPO, this role will lead the UK employee relations agenda, providing expert guidance on complex ER matters while managing and developing a team of HR Advisors.

More specifically, this role will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing complex employee relations cases from start to resolution.
  • Acting as the UK ER subject matter expert, providing commercially focused advice to stakeholders.
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employment documentation.
  • Managing and developing a team of HR Advisors, building ER capability across the function.
  • Partnering with Legal and business leaders on consultations, organisational change and TUPE activity.
  • Monitoring employment law developments and drive continuous improvement across people practices.

This role would suit an experienced Employee Relations professional with strong UK employment law knowledge and a proven track record managing complex ER cases in a large, fast-paced organisation. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, leading change, developing teams, and shaping people policies within a highly regulated, multinational environment. Experience in financial services or a similar corporate setting would be particularly beneficial.
