Reporting directly to the CHRO, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while leading a talented HR team and driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the senior HR lead for the region, you’ll have the autonomy and influence to make a real impact.
- Partner closely with business leaders to shape people strategy and support organisational growth.
- Lead on all employee relations matters, providing pragmatic advice, coaching leaders and navigating complex challenges with confidence.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation across the UK, Jersey and Italy, staying ahead of regulatory changes and implementing best practice.
- Use people data and insights to inform decision-making, drive engagement and enhance retention.
- Champion key HR transformation projects, partnering with global teams to implement new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, immigration and core HR operations, ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing HR team, creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical HR expertise with commercial acumen, gravitas and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
You’ll bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial services, professional services or another fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law (exposure to Jersey and/or Italy would be highly advantageous).
- A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
- Exceptional employee relations experience and sound judgement.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing HR professionals.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday and/or Greenhouse would be beneficial but is not essential.
