Branch Manager (Sales & Lettings) – City of London
Up to £85,000 OTE | Independent Market-Leading Agency
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a successful Sales & Lettings office in the City of London.
Working for a well-established independent agency with a strong Central London presence, you’ll be responsible for growing the office, winning new instructions, developing landlord and vendor relationships, and driving overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate market appraisals and win new business
- Build and develop landlord and vendor relationships
- Oversee sales and lettings transactions from instruction through to completion
- Lead, support and develop office staff
- Drive local marketing, networking and canvassing activities
- Ensure compliance with all industry legislation and AML requirements
- Achieve and exceed branch revenue and performance targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven residential estate agency experience across both Sales & Lettings
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience within estate agency
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating valuations
- Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Highly commercial, driven and customer-focused
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
Package
- Basic Salary: £50,000
- On-Target Earnings: Up to £85,000

Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (1 in 3 rota)
