Alongside delivering exceptional technical output in AutoCAD, you will play a key role in shaping the studio’s future—leading, mentoring and inspiring a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and delivery of complex, high-end interior architecture projects
- Produce detailed AutoCAD drawing packages to an exceptional standard
- Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders across project stages
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
- Contribute to studio processes, standards and project delivery strategies
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect or Technologist with at least 4-5 years post qualification experience
- Proven portfolio of luxury or high-end residential, hospitality or commercial projects
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
- Experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages
- Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and team development
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
