This is a client facing, relationship manager role where you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, dealing with any queries, offering energy related advice or market information, whilst also spotting commercial opportunities.

It’s a hybrid role, where you must be able to travel into the office near to Kenilworth 2 days per week.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Relationship Manager you will be responsible for:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key energy clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide clear, evidence‑based energy advice covering procurement, trading strategy, risk and market updates.
- Support clients with contract reviews, renewals and negotiations across electricity and gas.
- Guide clients through compliance and incentive schemes including FIT, ROC, REGO, RHI and Capacity Market.
- Identify and develop opportunities in energy generation, cost reduction, efficiency and resilience.
- Coordinate seamless service delivery across internal teams, ensuring actions, deadlines and expectations are met.
- Communicate complex technical and market information in a clear, accessible way for non‑specialists.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, governance, data protection and professional client service.
Skills & experience required.
- Experience in the energy industry within account management, consultancy, procurement or advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of electricity and gas supply arrangements, market dynamics, supplier relationships and contract structures.
- Skilled in advising clients on procurement options, trading strategies, purchasing approaches and risk management.
- Confident communicator able to simplify technical, commercial and regulatory information for non‑specialists and build credibility with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, support decision‑making and deliver clear, evidence‑backed advice.
- Strong problem‑solver with the ability to coordinate specialists, assess risks and make balanced recommendations under pressure.
- Commercially aware, able to identify risks to client value and maintain accurate, well‑documented records and updates.
- Organised, resilient and proactive, able to coordinate multiple teams, manage deadlines and go the extra mile while maintaining sound judgement
Benefits
- Salary of up to £45,000
- Hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office.
- 37 hours per week, 08.45 – 17.15 Monday to Thursday. 08.45 – 16.15 Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
