Purpose of the Role:

This 6-month fixed-term role is a defined project area within the production team, focused on designing, testing, and embedding new styling workflows that integrate 3D garment platforms with existing physical production processes.

The role will play a key part in shaping how Moss delivers styling across both digital product visualisation and physical shoots, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

This role spans three core workstreams:

1. Digital & Physical Styling Integration

  • Curate and deliver outfit styling for digital product visualisation and 3D outputs
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital, flats, model shoots, and campaign outputs(SF1)
  • Styling lead for ecomm model shoots, social activations, events, and content creator. With the opportunity to be involved in creative brand campaigns.

2. Sample Management Transformation

  • Establish and maintain end-to-end sample tracking processes
  • Improve visibility and accountability across shoot calendars and stakeholder requests
  • Collaborate with PR and wholesale to optimise sample allocation and usage

3. Workflow Design & Optimisation

  • Contribute to the development of new styling workflows incorporating 3D tools
  • Test and refine processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and team adoption
  • Document and embed new ways of working within the production team

Key Deliverables (6-Months)

Month 1–2: Discovery & Baseline

  • Audit current styling processes and sample workflows
  • Map end-to-end workflow across digital and physical production
  • Identify key pain points, inefficiencies, and risks
  • Establish baseline metrics (e.g. sample turnaround time, shoot readiness)
  • Weekly ecomm outfitting presentations for sign offs
  • Deliver styling for:
  • Digital product outputs (3D flats/outfits)
  • Scheduled model shoots and activations

Month 2–4: Design & Pilot

  • Develop and pilot integrated styling workflows (3D + physical)
  • Introduce structured sample tracking and accountability system
  • Weekly ecomm outfitting presentations for sign offs
  • Deliver styling for:
  • Digital product outputs (3D flats/outfits)
  • Scheduled model shoots and activations
  • Test workflows in live production environments

Month 4–6: Embed & Optimise

  • Finalise and roll out standardised styling and sample processes
  • Create documentation and playbooks for team adoption
  • Improve coordination between production, PR, wholesale, and creative
  • Support onboarding and handover of new workflows to BAU teams
  • Weekly ecomm outfitting presentations for sign offs
  • Deliver styling for:
  • Digital product outputs (3D flats/outfits)
  • Scheduled model shoots and activations

Success Measures (KPIs)

Operational Efficiency

  • Reduction in sample tracking errors / lost samples
  • Improved sample turnaround time
  • Increased shoot readiness and reduced last-minute issues

Workflow Adoption

  • Successful implementation of repeatable styling processes
  • Positive feedback and usage from production and creative teams

Output Quality & Consistency

  • Consistent styling execution across digital and physical channels
  • Alignment with brand guidelines across all outputs

Innovation Impact

  • Effective use of 3D garment platforms within styling workflows
  • Clear recommendations for future production model

End-of-Project Outcomes

By the end of the 6 months, this role will have:

  • Delivered a fully defined hybrid styling workflow model
  • Embedded a robust and trackable sample management system
  • Enabled the team to scale digital production alongside physical shoots
  • Provided a clear playbook for future production operations
  • Deliver styling for:
  • Digital product outputs (3D flats/outfits)
  • Scheduled model shoots and activations

About You:

  • Proven experience in fashion or e-commerce styling
  • Strong organisational capability, particularly in sample management
  • Comfortable working across evolving digital tools and 3D platforms
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
