Director of Quality Assurance

We are currently looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to join a leading Pharma Services organisation based in the Leicestershire area. As the Director of QA, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the Pharmaceutical Quality System.

This is a key senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence strategy, engage with regulatory authorities, and shape the future of quality at site level

• ts.Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities, leading inspections and representing the site external
• ly.Provide QA oversight across site operations, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory expectatio
• ns.Drive operational performance within QA to deliver on client commitments, project timelines, and business objectiv
• es.Identify and implement improvements to quality systems and processes in collaboration with global tea
• ms.Support business development activities by providing QA input into new opportunities and partnershi
