Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate

Salary: Up £70,000

A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive.
This is a growth opportunity within a well-established and successful department, offering the chance to work alongside an experienced Head of Department and play a key role in the continued development of the team. The successful candidate will join a busy and expanding Commercial Property team, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Development work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Real estate investment and general commercial property transactions
- Agricultural property matters
The role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for the opportunity to take ownership of high-quality work, develop client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of a respected regional practice.

You will have the opportunity to:

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Have strong technical experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Be commercially minded with excellent client management skills
- Have experience building relationships and developing business (essential for more senior appointments)
- Be confident working autonomously whilst contributing positively to a wider team
- Have a genuine interest in developing their career within a long-standing and successful firm
