Payroll Projects Consultant | West London (Hybrid) | £70,000 | 6 Months + Possible Extension
We’re working with a high-profile, fast-moving global organisation to find an experienced Payroll Projects Consultant for an exciting interim opportunity in the heart of West London.
If you’re a hands-on payroll professional with a track record of delivering international payroll projects and you’re available for a contract starting soon, this one’s worth a conversation.
The Role
You’ll be embedded within a global payroll function, supporting a portfolio of transformation and operational improvement projects. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll be expected to manage workstreams independently, drive progress, and get things done without needing heavy direction.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Payroll M&A workstreams (due diligence, implementation planning, and post-acquisition integration)
- Vendor migrations moving payrolls from existing providers to preferred platforms
- System integration work, including Oracle and third-party payroll systems
- Developing and documenting standard operating procedures globally
- Supporting a broader review of global payroll operations and identifying improvement opportunities
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in international payroll implementation projects
- Hands-on, delivery-focused someone who executes rather than oversees
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently
- Experience with ADP and/or Deel is a strong advantage
- Confident working within a global, fast-paced environment
