Manpower are currently seeking a part-time onsite HR Co-ordinator, to work with our global client onsite in Blackpool (FY4).
This is a part-time temporary ongoing role requiring 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £13.33 per hour, depending upon experience (plus quarterly performance related bonus)

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and self-sufficient part-time Onsite Delivery Consultant to take ownership of recruitment and workforce support at a key client site in Blackpool. You’ll be working in an office within a manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day workforce operations for a world-renowned, market-leading organisation specialising in medical equipment manufacturing.
This is a standalone, part-time role where you’ll be the primary onsite contact, managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day workforce queries. You’ll be trusted to organise your own time, manage priorities, and make decisions independently.
This role is ideal for parents, returners to work, or anyone looking for a structured part-time role with genuine work-life balance, offering flexibility in how the 20 hours are worked. Full training will be provided, with ongoing remote support from your Client Account Manager.
This is a fully onsite role. A consistent weekly working pattern will be agreed in advance to ensure reliable onsite coverage.
Working Pattern Flexibility
Your 20-25 hours will be agreed as a fixed weekly working pattern to ensure consistent onsite support. There is flexibility in how these hours are structured (within Monday–Friday, 07:00–19:00), and this will be agreed based on both business needs and individual availability.
Typical patterns may include:
Shorter hours across 4–5 days
Longer days across fewer days
Working patterns will be agreed at the start and remain consistent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinating inductions and setting up new starters
- Acting as the main onsite contact for both workers and the client
- Handling attendance, welfare, and employee relations matters
- Responding to queries and providing day-to-day workforce support
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR support, or a similar role
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
