We are currently recruiting Qualified Social Workers to join our Children’s Social Care team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment with manageable caseloads, structured workflows, and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete high-quality assessments for children and families.
- Safeguard and manage Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
- Deliver timely interventions and ensure families receive the appropriate support.
- Participate in a 1 in 8-week duty rota, progressing newly allocated cases up to the first court hearing before transferring them, allowing you to focus on frontline social work rather than long-term court proceedings.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Registered with the relevant professional body.
- Experience working within Children’s Social Care, including CIN and Child Protection.
- Strong assessment, safeguarding, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive, team-based environment.
