They are now looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Fire and Building Safety to provide strategic leadership and corporate assurance for all fire and building safety matters.
The successful candidate will act as the organisation’s senior subject matter expert for fire safety and building safety, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety legislation, and associated regulatory frameworks, whilst embedding a positive safety culture across homes, buildings, and services.
This role plays a critical leadership function in safeguarding residents, colleagues, and assets, providing expert advice to the Executive Director of Property Services and the Senior Director of Property and by extension, the Board.
