Are you an experienced Flexible Benefits Consultant looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely shape the future of employee benefits?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Chartered Financial Planning and Employee Benefits consultancy seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and ongoing development of a market-leading flexible benefits platform for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.

Working within an established Employee Benefits team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, technology-driven benefits solutions while advising senior stakeholders on reward strategy, employee wellbeing and engagement.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional benefits role.

You’ll take ownership of flexible benefits programmes from design through to implementation and ongoing optimisation, acting as Project Manager for platform delivery while working closely with clients, providers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes.

You’ll have the autonomy to introduce new ideas, improve employee value propositions and help organisations build benefits strategies that attract, retain and engage their people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the implementation and ongoing development of flexible benefits platforms for corporate clients
  • Managing end-to-end benefits projects, including annual enrolment cycles, provider transitions and platform enhancements
  • Advising senior stakeholders on reward strategy, wellbeing initiatives and emerging market trends
  • Designing innovative, cost-effective employee benefits programmes
  • Managing external providers and negotiating commercial arrangements
  • Using data and analytics to evaluate programme performance and recommend improvements
  • Delivering engaging employee communications to maximise take-up and understanding
  • Ensuring compliance with UK legislation, governance requirements and best practice
  • Supporting wider business development through strong client relationships, referrals and tender opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience delivering flexible benefits programmes and working with benefits platforms
  • Strong knowledge of UK employee benefits, including pensions, salary sacrifice, healthcare and group risk
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills
  • Experience managing third-party providers and technology partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service

What’s On Offer?

  • £70,000 – £75,000 salary
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year
  • Pension scheme
  • Health & wellbeing support
  • Genuine career progression opportunities
  • The opportunity to join a Chartered, highly respected consultancy with an outstanding reputation
  • A collaborative team environment where your expertise will directly influence the future of employee benefits

If you’re looking for a strategic role where you can combine consultancy, project management and innovation while working with high-quality corporate clients, we’d love to hear from you.
