Apply for the Social-First Creative Lead @ Global Entertainment Group
Location: London
Job Description:

A globally recognised entertainment and media group, home to some of the biggest shows on TV, is looking for a Social-First Creative Lead. This is a rare chance to define a new function from the ground up, working across major titles and new launches, creating directly with the audiences who watch them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and build a brand new audience marketing function from scratch, defining process and approach as you go
  • Direct social-first content and video strategy across major entertainment titles
  • Build and directly manage relationships with creators and influencers, not just brief an agency to handle it
  • Collaborate with global broadcast and streaming partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Identify and run owned paid and organic social activity, directing specialist agencies where needed
  • Present to and influence senior stakeholders across the business, pitching your own ideas and direction

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years’ experience, with a clear track record of progression into strategist or lead-level responsibility over the last 2-3 years
  • Strong track record of leading social-first or audience-first campaigns, ideally ones you originated and drove yourself
  • Experience should come from consumer brands, ideally brands that have scaled to global audiences
  • Experience across freelance, agency, or in-house settings all welcome, provided you’ve had genuine ownership of the creative output
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Suite and a basic understanding of paid social/ad platforms
  • Comfortable and fluent with AI tools in creative workflows

Personal Attributes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, happy building process as you go rather than following an existing one
  • Genuinely curious, always experimenting with new formats, platforms and ideas
  • Confident presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

  • £75,000 – £80,000 DOE
  • Some flexibility on offer for an exceptional candidate
  • Full benefits package to be confirmed

Location & Workplace Policy

  • London based, hybrid working
  • Targeting a Q4 2026 start
