Job Summary

Based in London, you will oversee senior recruitment across Europe, manage external headhunters and deliver end-to-end hiring for high-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own full-cycle recruitment of senior positions covering all European markets
2. Cooperate and manage cooperation with external recruitment agencies
3. Build senior talent pipelines and align hiring plans with business demands
4. Submit regular recruitment reports to Global TA Director
5. Ensure compliance with local European recruitment regulations

Requirements

1. 3-8 years solid talent acquisition experience
2. Working experience in multinational companies (MNC)
3. Rich experience in senior headcount recruitment and agency collaboration
4. Familiar with European talent market
5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
