This opportunity requires someone to set the strategic direction and lead on the delivery of talent attraction, resourcing, and future workforce capability for a complex public sector organisation.
- Set the strategy for resourcing and workforce capability.
- Lead end to end talent acquisition, internal mobility and talent pipelines.
- Develop attraction strategies.
- Develop and deploy an early careers strategy.
- Drive workforce planning and forecasting.
- Help lead the EDI strategy.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven background in leading end to end resourcing functions in large complex organisations.
- Workforce planning,
- Talent attraction strategies.
- Development of early careers programme.
- Strong understanding of recruitment legislation.
- Proven success in improving diversity and inclusion outcomes in recruitment.
- Experience of working with external suppliers.
- Experience of working within the public sector or government organisations.
