Our client is one of the world’s leading professional services firms, delivering consulting, technology and managed services across both the public and private sectors. Their Managed Services practice is experiencing significant growth and is looking to appoint a Business Solution Architect to help shape and win complex managed service opportunities.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional technical Solution Architect position.
Instead, you’ll play a key role in qualifying opportunities, shaping solutions and supporting major public sector bids. Working alongside sales, bid and delivery teams, you’ll help develop commercially viable managed service solutions that address client challenges while aligning with delivery capabilities.
You’ll be responsible for developing operating models, supporting transition planning, interpreting procurement documentation and contributing to compelling bid submissions.
What They’re Looking For
• Experience within Managed Services, Outsourcing or Consulting.
• Background in solution shaping, bid management, pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Experience supporting public sector opportunities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of operating models, transition planning and business case development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across bid and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Consulting experience is preferred.
