Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring for senior recruitment roles across the UK and US offices
- Partner directly with founders and directors to understand hiring needs and deliver effective attraction strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across specialist markets
- Drive improvements across hiring processes, candidate experience and reporting
- Leverage LinkedIn, personal branding and market networks to engage top‑tier talent
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support employer brand initiatives
- Represent the business confidently across LinkedIn, events and direct outreach
About You
- 5 years’ + experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Ideally experienced in senior‑level permanent recruitment or hiring for specialist roles
- Proven ability to attract and engage senior candidates
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
- Comfortable working closely with founders and influencing hiring decisions
- Positive, energetic and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for helping a business scale
- Strong LinkedIn presence or willingness to build one
