A major UK water utility is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Water Networks to lead the operational performance, resilience, and customer service delivery across a large clean water network in the North London region. This role oversees the supply of safe, wholesome drinking water to millions of customers across a diverse and high‑profile metropolitan area.

Essential Experience
- Proven senior leadership experience within a regulated, operational, or infrastructure environment
- Strong track record of inspiring, developing, and engaging geographically dispersed teams
- Experience managing contractors and delivering operational change programmes
- Demonstrable success in driving continuous improvement and cultural transformation
- Commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets and supplier performance
Desirable Qualifications & Skill
- Exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- NEBOSH qualification
- Knowledge of the Road & Streetworks Act
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
