This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging, high-quality content and can communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling way. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play an important role in shaping content that supports customers, showcases products and services, and contributes to overall business growth.

The Role

As a Content Strategist, you’ll create a wide variety of content across digital channels, helping to communicate key messages to customers and stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content including blogs, articles, guides, product documentation, customer communications, and marketing materials.
  • Translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging content for a broad audience.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop content that supports business objectives.
  • Produce messaging for new products, services, and business initiatives.
  • Develop customer stories, case studies, and educational resources.
  • Contribute to messaging, positioning, and content planning.
  • Maintain consistency across all written content and ensure a high standard of quality.

About You

  • 2–4 years’ experience in content, marketing, communications, product marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital content, SEO, or content management systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
