Salary: To £38,844 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced HGV Jetting Operative to join our operational team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of on-site services while leading and supporting operational crews.
You will take ownership of jobs from preparation through to completion, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required standard, while maintaining excellent client service and driving productivity and profitability.
The Role:
Lead and deliver on-site operations safely, efficiently, and to a high standardReview job packs, risk assessments, and method statements prior to workEnsure all vehicles, equipment, and PPE are compliant and fit for purposeDrive and take responsibility for company HGV vehicles (Class 1 or Class 2)Carry out dynamic risk assessments and lead toolbox talks on siteSupervise and allocate work to crews, driving productivity and qualityMaintain clear communication with Supervisors, teams, and customersComplete all job documentation, checklists, and customer paperworkTake ownership of on-site health & safety and report incidents promptlySupport, train, and mentor team members
What you’ll need:
Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence with CPCProven experience leading operational crews in a similar environmentStrong health & safety knowledge and leadership mindsetAbility to work flexibly, including days and nightsExcellent communication and organisational skillsCommercial awareness and problem-solving ability
