This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and ambitious company where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and grow alongside the business.*The Role* Successful candidates will be involved in:* MIG welding and fabrication to a high standard* Working with both aluminium and mild steel* Interpreting fabrication drawings and specifications* Supporting production requirements within a busy manufacturing environment* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety*Flexibility & Shift Requirements* As part of a growing business, flexibility is important.
