Job Overview

Consult Partner – Capital Markets at Kyndryl – leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex consulting engagements in capital markets transformation, trading platform modernisation, regulatory change, and more. The role focuses on profitable growth, client engagement, and strategic contribution across C‑suite accounts.Key Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth: lead signings and sales with a target of £12–15m per annum in volume and oversee managed revenue targets.Identify, pursue and convert a pipeline of capital markets consulting and technology transformation opportunities; undertake scoping, fee negotiation, and risk containment.Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs; be the go‑to advisor and lead C‑level client interactions, delivering high‑quality outcomes.Ensure client satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and secure client references.Achieve individual and team utilisation targets and design complex engagements (front‑to‑back transformation, trading platform modernisation, cloud migration, data transformation, regulatory programmes).Act as the ongoing escalation point for delivery engagements while maintaining a key relationship with the client sponsor.Lead by example, foster continuous personal and professional development, and maintain a culture of innovation and support.Contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic initiatives, drive external eminence, and develop thought leadership.Required Qualifications & Experience

Extensive client‑engagement experience at the CXO level in capital markets (investment banking, sales & trading, securities services, market infrastructure).Proven track record of selling, leading, and executing large‑scale transformation programmes across one or more of the following domains: equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, prime services, securities services, clearing & settlement, market risk, treasury, regulatory change (e.g. MiFIDII, EMIR, BaselIII).Experience delivering transformation programmes in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience.Strong financial acumen: ability to drive revenue growth, manage margins and backlog.Advanced presentation, proposal and deliverable skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ability to create polished work products.Excellent verbal and written communication, workshop facilitation and ability to influence at C‑level.Leadership mindset: self‑starter, mentor, fosters high‑performing teams and supports organisational brand.Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and adaptability to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications

Productivity skills: advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and ability to produce SOWs, proposals and deliverables.Experience with high‑value business development activities and senior stakeholder engagement.Additional Information
