The work includes cross-border planning, treaty issues, trusts, estate and gift tax, remittance planning, expatriation, pensions, carried interest, LLCs, real estate exposure and wider international private client structuring.The technical quality is already in place. The opportunity now is to help the team grow in confidence, visibility and commercial impact.You would work closely with the existing partners, taking a senior role in client relationships, external networks, intermediary relationships and business development. The firm is looking for someone proactive: a US/UK tax adviser who can spot opportunities, develop ideas, build relationships and help the team become more engaged with the market.This is not a workflow management role.It is a leadership role.
