Job Overview

As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents’ needs first and providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support for residents.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude.
• Desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
• Right to work in the UK.
