The Patient Pathway Support role provides high‑quality administrative support to ensure the efficient coordination of patient pathways and the smooth running of outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and track patient records, ensuring mandatory documentation standards are met.
- Maintain accurate electronic records using the Patient Administration System (PAS).
- File clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality and data quality standards.
- Perform clinical audio typing of letters, operation notes and discharge summaries.
- Respond to patient and staff enquiries.
- Support clinic administration to meet service deadlines.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational, communication and keyboard skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure.
- Collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient and patient‑centred care.
