Job summary
Working with a supportive clinical team, you will provide hands‑on care so that people receive safe, respectful treatment every day. You will support registered nurses across a range of services, helping patients with their day‑to‑day care and clinical needs. This role is varied and flexible, giving you the chance to build skills while making a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing. Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore City Health Care Partnership would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role
Responsibilities
- Support patients with care tasks, observations and basic clinical procedures
- Monitor and record information using electronic patient records
- Communicate clearly with patients, carers and colleagues
- Prepare clinical areas and maintain equipment and stock levels
- Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care
Requirements
- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Willingness to complete the Care Certificate during induction
- Experience supporting patients in a healthcare or care setting
- Good communication skills and a caring, respectful approach
- Ability to manage your workload and work both independently and in a team
