Requirements
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Senior Spa Therapist to lead our spa team.
Previous experience in a senior therapist position or as an experienced therapist ready to progress into a leadership role is required.
Strong communication and organisational skills, a passion for guest care and the ability to motivate and support colleagues are essential.
Experience working with TEMPLESPA products is an advantage.
Duties
- Deliver exceptional treatments and consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Support and guide the spa therapy team, ensuring excellent treatment standards are maintained.
- Assist with the induction, coaching and ongoing development of therapists.
- Help oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring treatment rooms, equipment and guest areas are presented to the highest standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering and inventory control.
- Promote and recommend TEMPLESPA retail products, helping to achieve retail and treatment revenue targets.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures, hygiene standards and company policies are followed.
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience and support the continued success of the spa.
Full‑time position, working 5 days per week on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business.
Treatments include massage, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and other signature spa therapies.
Ongoing professional development and opportunities to attend TEMPLESPA training courses will also be available.
