We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Medical HR Assistant to join our Medical HR team.
This role is based at Bath NHS House, Bath and is a key role providing administrative support to Guardian of Safe Working. Working 22.5 hours per week, you will play an important part in maintaining rota compliance, managing exception reporting, and contributing to a positive working environment for Resident Doctors across the Trust.
Right to Work in the UK: This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application, as the organisation is unable to support sponsorship for this post.
Main duties of the job
- To support the Guardian of Safe Working with exception reports, board reports and resident doctor forums.
- To manage the Resident Doctor exception reporting system, ensuring exception reports are processed within required timeframes.
- To provide high-quality support to the Medical HR team, particularly during peak workload periods, including resident doctor rotations, to maintain effective service delivery.
- To support the Revalidation & Appraisal Officer, as and when required, with appraisal progress, 360 feedback and job planning for career grade doctors.
