What You’ll Do
- Support patients with care tasks, observations, and basic clinical procedures.
- Monitor and record information using electronic patient records.
- Communicate clearly with patients, carers, and colleagues.
- Prepare clinical areas and maintain equipment and stock levels.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to complete the Care Certificate during induction.
- Experience supporting patients in a healthcare or care setting.
- Good communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.
- Ability to manage workload and work independently and in a team.
