What You’ll Do

• Support patients with care tasks, observations, and basic clinical procedures.
• Monitor and record information using electronic patient records.
• Communicate clearly with patients, carers, and colleagues.
• Prepare clinical areas and maintain equipment and stock levels.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to complete the Care Certificate during induction.
• Experience supporting patients in a healthcare or care setting.
• Good communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.
• Ability to manage workload and work independently and in a team.
