Part-Time Community Support & Social Worker (20h)

Jewish Care is seeking a skilled Community Support Worker or Qualified Social Worker to join our Social Work and Community Support team. This part-time position offers 20 hours a week and allows you to support adults, older people, and families throughout North East London. Depending on your qualifications, you’ll provide personalized assessments, advice, and practical support to help individuals maintain their independence.

The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
