We look for passion, empathy and dedication to help our residents live their lives to the fullest. Training, clinical development and career progression are fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and assist with personal care such as making bed and showering.
• Arrange meals, family visits and leisure activities, including visits to the salon.
• Provide companionship and support tailored to each resident’s preferences.
• Offer specialty care where appropriate, for example dementia or nutrition‑focused support.

Working Pattern

12‑hour shifts, working alternate weekends on a rota basis.

Training & Development

• Full induction and ongoing professional support.
• NVQ qualifications and further clinical training for specialisations.
