Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator

Location: Raised in Bristol at Felix Road Adventure Playground (BS5)

Salary: £29,042 per annum

Contract: Full time 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support child‑led learning through play
• Deliver a thoughtfully designed curriculum across baby to preschool stages
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, collaborative and supportive environment
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas for new initiatives and ways of doing things
• Support teammates and act as a positive example
• Use reflective practice, be open to feedback and pursue ongoing self‑improvement
• Assist in ensuring high standards for the nursery

Qualifications & Requirements

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NNEB NVQ Level 3 Diploma, BTEC, QTS, Foundation Degree, BA Hons)
• Right to work in the UK and reliable commute to the nursery
• Positive DBS check and satisfactory references (and, if qualification awarded outside the UK, Early Years Statement from Ecctis)
