Accounts Assistant Part-Time

£13.00 – £15.00 per hour, paid weekly

15 hours per week – flexible across 2 or 3 days

This vibrant and supportive company in Southwest London is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their close-knit team on a part-time basis ideally working Tuesdays and Thursdays to start as soon as possible.

You’ll be based in a modern, welcoming office in Southwest London-just a short stroll from great transport links, independent cafes, and local shops. You’ll be joining a friendly, down-to-earth team who are passionate about what they do and always ready to lend a hand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Email sales invoices to customers, ensuring correct internal & VAT analysis.
  • Managing email and phone communications with clients regarding purchase of insurance, scanners, furniture and payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Reconciles Xero Accounts Receivable to ensure it agrees with Sales CRM system.
  • Input supplier bills, ensuring correct internal & VAT analysis.
  • Reconcile Xero Accounts Payables to ensure it agrees with Fulfilment Budgets (Excel spreadsheets).
  • Ad hoc reports when required & if time allows.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar finance or accounts support role
  • A keen eye for detail and a love of well-organised figures
  • Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel (advanced Excel skills would be a plus)
  • A confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external clients
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage your workload independently
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with a flexible, can-do approach
