A highly regarded Lloyd’s leadmarket insurer isseeking a Claims Adjuster – Financial Linesto join its establishedcasualty (PI/D&O / FI) claims team. This is an excellent opportunity tostep into a visible, high-autonomy role within a collaborative and technicallystrong environment.
The Opportunity
You will join a specialist team handling a diverse andcomplex portfolio of casualty claims, with a particular focus on FinancialLines (D&O and FI) and Professional Indemnity.
This role offers significant primary lead responsibility,with adjusters typically managing the majority of claims from firstnotification through to resolution. You will play a key role in drivingstrategy, influencing outcomes, and maintaining strong relationships across themarket.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Financial Lines claims from inception to settlement
- Conduct coverage analysis, liability assessment, and quantum evaluation
- Act as a point of contact for clients and brokers, contributing to negotiations and providing clear updates
- Build and maintain strong broker and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Contribute to team performance through collaboration and knowledge sharing
About You
- Experience handling Professional/Financial Lines claims
- Confident in developing skills in managing complex liability and coverage issues independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-facing approach
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to develop skills in managing sensitive or high-value claims
