We’re working with a well-established and growing alternative asset manager who are seeking a find a senior IR Operations leader to join their London team. This is a high-impact, operational role sitting within the IR function. You’ll own the infrastructure, processes, and reporting frameworks that underpin how the firm communicates with its LP base — and have real scope to shape how that function scales.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of investor reporting standardisation across a multi-fund platform, drive workflow improvements, manage fund administrator relationships, and ensure LP deliverables are consistently accurate and on time. You’ll also play a key role in building out the IR team’s culture and capabilities as the firm continues to grow.
What They’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years in IR or IR operations within alternative asset management (private credit/markets experience a strong plus)
- A track record of leading operational improvements — process standardisation, reporting automation, or systems implementation
- Strong grasp of fund administration and LP reporting workflows
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; CRM or fund admin platform experience advantageous
- Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
