Programme Support Officer – Welsh NHS Confederation
We are seeking a Programme Support Officer to help achieve strategic and business objectives by supporting NHS Wales Executive Peer Groups. You will work closely with the Membership Engagement Manager and Senior Programme Support Officer to deliver peer groups and programme activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate peer group meetings and programme activities that bring together NHS leaders from across Wales.
- Provide high quality administrative support, including preparing agendas and meeting documentation.
- Build strong relationships with members and act as a key point of contact.
- Support the day‑to‑day delivery of the programme by responding to queries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues.
