Be the main point of contact for customers using SAP for production – manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates. Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment. Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements and maintain accurate customer records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges.
Required Experience and Skills
- Previous experience of working within a food-based production environment with knowledge of BRCGS standards (advantageous).
- Experience working with SAP production (advantageous).
- Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Organised, able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Monthly Pay: £26,066.64 per annum. Enhanced Overtime: 1.5× hourly rate for all overtime hours. Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 5.45am to 6pm. Holidays: 23.5 days per year.
