Housing and Debt Caseworker (Legal Aid)

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full‑time Housing and Debt Telephone Caseworker to join our Derby‑based team, supporting the delivery of the Legal Aid Specialist Telephone Advice Service (TAS).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in delivering telephone advice to clients on housing and debt matters.
• Act on clients’ behalf where appropriate and help them access the support they need.
• Ensure high‑quality advice and excellent client care while contributing to the achievement of team objectives in a target‑driven, performance‑based environment.
• Support the delivery of the Legal Aid Specialist Telephone Advice Service (TAS).
