Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join our Value Added Services department in Wardle, Nantwich working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 5.45am to 6pm.

Day to Day

  • Be the main point ofcontact for customers using SAP for production– manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues,maintainingcommunication with customers to provide updates
  • Monitor and maintain SAP systems and inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintainaccurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience of working within a food-based production environment with knowledge of BRCGS standards would be advantageous
  • Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
  • Customer focused with excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills allowing you to provide first class customer service
  • Organised, able to multitask and prioritisetasks in a fast-pacedenvironment
