Senior Social Worker – Children with Disabilities (Hybrid)

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Children with Disabilities Team in Greater London. This role requires a Social Work Qualification along with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience focused on Frontline and assessment work.

You will engage in ensuring that children receive appropriate services by making informed decisions, creating plans for care, and maintaining regular visits to children and their families. The position offers a hybrid working schedule with pay up to £38.50 per hour.
