Housing Prevention & Assessment Officer – Triage & Support

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) is looking for a motivated professional to join the Prevention & Assessment Team. This role focuses on providing effective housing support to residents experiencing difficulties and ensuring timely and accurate assistance during their housing triage.

Candidates must have experience in a resident-focused environment and possess excellent IT skills. This role offers a full-time fixed-term contract of 12 months with a salary range of £32,535 to £34,488.
