We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing office operations, supporting finance and HR activities, and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor/service provider communications.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory records, and the Fixed Assets Register.
- Handle official errands, including bank visits, CIT-related tasks, utility payments, and other administrative work.
- Coordinate with external vendors, government offices, and business partners professionally.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records and provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Assist the Finance team with record keeping and audits.
- Support recruitment by calling candidates and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 1 year of experience in administration, office operations, finance support, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of accounting knowledge.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
