IPS Employment Specialist – Employer Engagement & Inclusion

Royal Greenwich is seeking motivated IPS Employment Specialists to work within the Community Mental Health Teams in Greenwich and Bromley. This hybrid role emphasizes employer engagement and the ability to build relationships to assist individuals with mental health needs in finding employment.

The successful candidates will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and deliver support based on the Individual Placement and Support approach.
