Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation.
- Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen, preferably within a brasserie or fine‑dining setting.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
