Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency in food preparation.
  • Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen, preferably within a brasserie or fine‑dining setting.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
