Social Worker Level 1 – West Community Wellbeing Team (Lincoln South & Hykeham)

This role would be suitable for a newly qualified Social Worker who is looking to be supported through their ASYE or a Level 1 candidate looking for more experience in an area team.

- Work closely with adults and families to provide tailored support and care planning in a strengths‑based and person‑centred way, embracing what community assets and strengths.
- Champion independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction.
- Collaborate with health professionals, community partners, third‑sector organisations and colleagues to deliver joined‑up services.
- Bring compassion, resilience, and creativity to complex situations.
