About the role

Porsche Centre Leicester has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant and Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary maternity contract.

As a Sytner Accounts Assistant you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad‑hoc duties where required.

As a Sytner Sales Administrator you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad‑hoc duties. In this role you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team, and be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers promptly.

This is a Monday to Friday position 8.30am – 5.30pm.

About You

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month‑end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is essential.

Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.

You will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go the extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role. Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well‑organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines while paying attention to detail and working both individually and as part of a small team.
