About the Role
The Ardonagh Group are currently recruiting a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing team. This position will be primarily responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our UK and international entities, ensuring the timely completion of Companies House filings. You will also be providing meeting support and be involved in the full range of activities of the Cosec team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the functioning of the Corporate Secretariat so that it provides a comprehensive and highly effective company secretariat service for the Ardonagh Group of companies.
- Participate in the governance meeting cycle, including preparation and distribution of meeting packs and attending and minuting meetings.
- Ensure the timely completion of Companies House filings and support non-UK entity management and filings.
- Maintain corporate data and structure charts using Diligent Entities.
- Keep governance documents up to date.
- Support the business with KYC compliance.
- Participate in ongoing legal entity rationalisation projects.
- Coordinate the annual accounts approval process.
- Liaise closely with colleagues internally, including in other global teams.
- Undertake miscellaneous duties and tasks.
- Support and lead ad‑hoc projects.
Essential Experience

Desirable Experience
- Up to 2 years’ experience as a Company Secretarial Assistant or similar.
- Previous experience within the financial services sector.
- Either part-qualified or seeking to study to be a chartered company secretary.
