Salary £36,363 – £40,777. Permanent Social Worker – Older People & Physical Disabilities – Neighbourhoods Service – Adult Social Care.

We are looking for Social Workers to support us in delivering our vision of helping people achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home.
The role
As a Social Worker in our Older People & Physical Disabilities team, you will support adults to live well, safely and as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. Working in a strengths‑based way with people, carers and partners, you will understand what matters most and build support around their needs. Your work will cover the Fylde area and be based at our Lytham St Annes office.

Legal and Eligibility Requirements
Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or must have applied to register with SWE.
The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). If successful, you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a ‘disclosure’. Further information can be found on the ‘Our Recruitment Process’ tab.
